Make a difference as a Facilities Assistant Manager

Our Facilities team is the force behind ensuring all our centres are equipped with everything they need to deliver safe, exciting and fun adventures to all! You’ll be reporting to the Facilities Manager and responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of the centre, alongside manage the day-to-day running of the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to ensure an excellent experience for our guests. Supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring all maintenance works are completed to high standards, all grounds, buildings and activity bases are kept safe and compliance audit checks are always green.

Is this you?

Ideally you will be bringing with you impressive experience from a similar trade, facilities management or housekeeping environment, where you have been managing teams. You’ll have strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines effectively. You’ll have existing knowledge of health and safety / COSHH legal and regulatory requirements and can immaculately implement these standards across your centre.
