Montessori Early Years Educator

Job Description

This lovely setting is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 (or above) Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is committed to providing high-quality care and education in a nurturing Montessori environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding care and early years education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children’s learning and development through play and structured activities
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observe, assess, and plan for children’s individual needs

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification
  • Experience working within an early years setting
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS

Desirable

  • Montessori qualification or a strong interest in Montessori practice
  • Interest in or willingness to train as a SENCO

Salary & Hours

From £28,000 per annum (starting salary dependent on qualifications). Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time).
