Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Rochester ME1 - Monday to Friday 45 hours - £31,847.40 per annum - ASAP start

About the Nursery

This is a welcoming and well-established early years setting based in Rochester, focused on providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive. The team is passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, supporting each child’s individual development through engaging and creative learning opportunities. As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive environment, build strong relationships with families, and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A full driving licence is desirable (due to potential relocation to another setting in Chatham or Gillingham if required following maternity cover)

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
  • Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing
  • Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to individual needs
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
  • Maintain accurate records and observations of children’s progress
