Job Description

A beautiful and welcoming nursery in SE10 is looking for a Level 3 Toddler Room Practitioner to join their supportive team. Benefits include salary up to £13 per hour, pension, discount on childcare, and uniform. Requirements: Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher, Level 4 or above in English, experience working with toddlers, positive team player, strong communication skills, good working knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices, Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable).

  • Support the day-to-day running of the toddler room
  • Plan and deliver engaging EYFS-based activities for children aged 2–3
  • Observe, assess, and track children’s development
  • Build positive relationships with parents and provide feedback on progress
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene procedures
  • Help maintain an organised, stimulating learning environment

Shift: Full time 35 hours
