Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a busy and welcoming nursery setting. This is a part-time, term-time only role, working afternoons Monday to Friday, offering a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent hours in a supportive environment. The setting provides care for children aged 2–5 years and offers a warm, engaging atmosphere where staff work closely as a team. Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Previous nursery or childcare experience desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12pm–6pm

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 2–5 years
• Support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a safe and stimulating environment
• Assist with daily routines, activities, and transitions
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
