What We Need From You:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Good knowledge of child development and EYFS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach
Your Duties Will Include:
- Acting as a key person for a group of children
- Planning and delivering engaging EYFS-based activities
- Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety standards are met
- Building strong partnerships with parents and colleagues
- Observing and assessing children’s progress
