About the Setting:
This nursery is a warm, nurturing setting dedicated to providing high-quality care and early years education. We create a safe, stimulating environment where children can grow in confidence and develop key skills in preparation for school. We are looking for a full-time Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3) to join our friendly and supportive team, ensuring all children receive outstanding care and learning experiences. Due to the location, this role is best suited to a driver.

What We Need From You:

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Good knowledge of child development and individual needs
  • Ability to build strong relationships with parents/carers
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Acting as a key person for a group of children
  • Planning and delivering engaging EYFS-based activities
  • Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards are met
  • Working in partnership with colleagues, parents, and professionals
  • Observing, assessing, and tracking children’s progress
