Role Purpose

As TMS Administrator, you will facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of TMS client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails and training enquiries in a timely manner
  • Proactively speaking with designated client(s), delegates and third-party training providers
  • Building strong working relationships with your designated client(s)
  • Providing world class customer care at all times
  • Assist with weekly reports to client and third parties
  • Assist with weekly system updates

Working Hours

Semi‑flexible working hours, shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm (Monday–Friday), including a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.
