Director - Financial Services Consulting

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a leading commercial, supply chain and operations consultancy delivering transformative solutions. We are seeking an experienced Director to help lead our Financial Services Consulting practice.

What you’ll do

  • FS Sector Leadership: Play a leading role in setting the vision and strategy for our Financial Services practice.
  • Business Development & Growth: Own sales targets, lead major pursuits, develop service offerings across procurement, digital transformation and Third Party Risk Management.
  • Client Delivery: Oversee delivery of high-impact programmes in procurement transformation, TPRM and technology enablement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build senior relationships with C-suite and Board-level executives.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop insights on FS procurement, TPRM and technology trends.
  • Commercial Management: Ensure project profitability and resource utilisation.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven track record in financial services consulting or senior in-house leadership in procurement, transformation, cost optimisation, digital transformation or TPRM.
  • Deep sector knowledge across banking, insurance or fintech.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience building financial models and business cases.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills at board level.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
  • Proven business development track record including proposal leadership.
