We are currently recruiting for an experienced Ganger to lead a team of labourers on a large-scale residential project in Marlborough (SN8). This is a long-term opportunity (minimum 2 years) with consistent work on a well-established site.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a team of labourers
- Working hands-on alongside the team
- Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring productivity
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS certification

- Proven experience in a similar role on construction sites
