VP Product

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a VP of Product to lead product management across all cross-functional product teams. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.

About [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is the AI platform powering global debt markets — the world’s largest asset class at over $145 trillion. Debt markets are vast, global, and mission-critical, yet still run on fragmented data, PDFs, and manual workflows. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] replaces this broken infrastructure with a single platform that centralises proprietary credit data, deep analysis, and high-value workflows across global markets. Today, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] powers teams at 300+ blue-chip institutions worldwide, including global banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisors. The business is scaling at exceptional speed, with rapid expansion in the US and best-in-class retention driven by deep workflow adoption. We’re at a defining inflection point. With proven product-market fit and strong, global market pull, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is accelerating toward becoming the category-defining platform for debt markets worldwide.

The Opportunity

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Design, Data, Engineering and Product Management (DDEP) department has grown rapidly to more than 100 people across multiple cross-functional product squads, and we are continuing to expand. We are seeking a VP of Product to lead our product management organisation. This role will be responsible for all product management across all cross-functional product teams. You will partner closely with the CPO on AI product strategy from day one, with increasing ownership as you ramp. The CPO retains direct sponsorship of AI initiatives during the initial transition period to ensure continuity. This is a pivotal leadership position at a strategic inflection point. You will bring structure, clarity, and focus to a fast-moving environment, while ensuring teams move with urgency and deliver measurable progress every quarter. Reports to: Chief Product Officer

What You'll Work On

  • Own strategic direction and measurable business outcomes across the organization, ensuring strong execution against company goals and market opportunities.
  • Continuously evolve how product teams work: planning, rituals, communication, tooling, so ambiguity falls away and execution accelerates.
  • Champion clarity in decisions using the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Product Principles as your operating foundation (link).
  • Mentor and grow product leaders through coaching, direct feedback, and elevating product craft across discovery, delivery, and measurement.
  • Enhance customer understanding via systematic win/loss insights, persona depth, and market learning loops that guide strategic bets.
  • Strengthen product operating rhythm. Build processes that enable teams to move faster, make high-quality decisions, and deliver outcomes with urgency; reduce noise and increase the tempo of execution.
  • Build tight alignment with Go-to-Market teams to accelerate trials, onboarding, retention, and expansion based on demonstrable workflow value.
  • Improve end-to-end workflow delivery with Legal, Content, and Data Ops to simplify complex information and boost customer confidence.
  • Drive measurable improvements in adoption and engagement to drive new business, expansion and retention.

About You

You thrive in complex enterprise environments and know how to bring clarity, ambition, and accountability to product organisations navigating scale. You are energised (not intimidated) by a domain where users know more than you do on day one.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leading 10+ product teams and managing managers.
  • Experience scaling product organisations through 50 to 200M ARR growth phases.
  • Extensive B2B enterprise SaaS experience, shipping products used by sophisticated users with high-stakes workflows.
  • Able to partner effectively with engineering leaders on prioritisation, sequencing, and trade-off decisions. You don't need a technical background, but you need to earn engineering's trust and hold your ground in complex delivery conversations.
  • A structured, systems-driven thinker with a strong bias for action who raises the bar on speed and accountability without compromising product quality.
  • Strong strategic instincts paired with high curiosity and analytical depth.
  • Excellent product judgment with a record of making high-quality calls using imperfect data.
  • High EQ leadership that builds trust, safety, and strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including exec-level visibility and alignment.
  • Comfort with AI-first workflows and a point of view on how AI changes product development and user experience.

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Technical background enabling productive engagement with engineering and data science leaders.
  • Experience building genAI-native products.
  • Exposure to financial data, credit analysis, or capital markets.
