The Role

You will provide essential support to fee earners across all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, helping to ensure matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion. The conveyancing team operates in a collegiate manner, with strong work ethic and supportive mentoring on offer. Key focus:

  • Preparing and managing conveyancing documentation
  • Opening and closing files, including compliance procedures
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries
  • Assisting with searches, Land Registry documentation, and completions
  • Diary management and transaction tracking
  • General administrative support to the conveyancing team

About You

  • A Paralegal who can demonstrate previous experience in a conveyancing role is essential
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
