Lead a luxury 100-apartment residential development in St John’s Wood, London, in one of the most prestigious postcodes. Manage a super-prime site with premium amenities including lounges, terrace, gym & spa, delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth residents.
The Role
- Lead a 10+ person concierge team
- Oversee contractors, H&S & fire compliance
- Deliver a five-star resident experience
- Maintain exceptional site standards
- Act as the senior on-site presence
