Key Roles
- To be a team member, participating in the general running of the Centre, specifically instructing in the Outdoor Education programme to promote the Christian faith.
- To participate as directed with instruction in outdoor activities.
- To ensure proper safety precautions are operating.
- To assist with maintenance of outdoor education equipment.
- To be responsible for particular areas of activity, equipment or storage.
- To take part in training as required.
- To ensure professional and skills development.
- To help with supervision of the Centre and its guests.
Essential Requirements
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Minimum Qualifications: BC Trail Leader (Level 2), MTUK Rock Climbing Instructor, BCAB Paddlesport Leader, MTUK Hill and Moorland Leader (combination expected).
- It is a genuine occupational requirement that the holder is a practising Christian.
- Successful applicant will require PVG Scheme membership.
Desirable
- Full Driving License including D1
