We are offering a £3000 annual market supplement for this role! The Children with Disabilities Team works with disabled children and their families from assessment through long-term planning.
About the Role
- Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families
- Developing individualised plans and chairing meetings
- Using interventions to engage children and families
- Contributing to projects and supporting students
- Being a link person for a local specialist school

About You
- Degree-level education with relevant social work qualification
- Active Social Work England registration
- Understanding of child development and adapting to disabled children
- Experience with abuse/neglect cases
- Knowledge of legislation (Children Act) and policy
- Record keeping and report writing skills
- Passion for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s vision and values
