About the role
The Youth Support Worker will be required to effectively:
- Provide support, advice and guidance to young people aged 8 - 19 years old (up to 25 with additional needs)
- Oversee positive, developmental and diversionary activities during the youth sessions
- Support the Lead Youth Worker with duties that improve the youth provision
- Support set up and pack down of equipment for sessions
- Support evaluating sessions by completing required paperwork
