Youth Support Worker

About the role

The Youth Support Worker will be required to effectively:

  • Provide support, advice and guidance to young people aged 8 - 19 years old (up to 25 with additional needs)
  • Oversee positive, developmental and diversionary activities during the youth sessions
  • Support the Lead Youth Worker with duties that improve the youth provision
  • Support set up and pack down of equipment for sessions
  • Support evaluating sessions by completing required paperwork
