Internal Junior Project Manager

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum + annual bonus
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Type: Hybrid (3 office / 2 home)

Job Description

Key Duties

  • Act as the main point of contact for Account and Project Managers regarding freight and logistics movements.
  • Coordinate between suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Track stock movement across China, Europe, and the UK.
  • Ensure materials are delivered on time and to required specifications.
  • Provide transport quotes and liaise with key stakeholders.

Key Activities

  • Maintain and update stock records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support delivery of retail fit-out and installation projects.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments to meet client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively across supply chain and logistics functions.
  • Provide administrative and project support across multiple accounts.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous logistics or supply chain experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
