Senior Recruitment Consultant - Driving Division

Introduction

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a thriving desk within a well-established business, backed by one of Europe's largest recruitment groups.

The Role

This is a full 360 recruitment role, ideal for someone who enjoys both business development and candidate management. You will play a key role in growing the Driving division, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use sales expertise to grow and develop your Driving division desk.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Service client accounts and fulfil recruitment requirements efficiently.
  • Source, screen, and match candidates to suitable opportunities.
  • Register candidates in line with compliance and legislative requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to client recruitment needs.
