FULL DESCRIPTION
Quantity Surveyor
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a large commercial project in Exeter. You will have a background in construction from a junior or senior level.
- Location: Exeter, Devon
- Pay rate/Salary: Negotiable
- Contract Type: Permanent
Key Duties
- Administer project documentation and contracts
- Produce budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts
- Prepare interim valuations, price variations, and manage change orders
- Coordinate subcontractor packages, procurement activities, and payment schedules
- Monitor expenditures, reconcile accounts, and produce detailed performance reports
- Finalise accounts, warranties, guarantees, and project close-out records
- Engage clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain commercial alignment
Requirements
- Quantity Surveyor Degree
- Background in Commercial projects
- M&E Background desirable but not essential
