Follow Up Project Coordinator
Our Follow Up Project provides personalised support for graduates of AoD’s Supported Internships. A dedicated Project Coordinator works closely with partner employers, job coaches, and tutors to help each graduate take their next steps into work or volunteering.
We support graduates in a range of ways, including:
- Interview practice, travel training, CV writing, and group activities with role play and guest speakers
- Applying and preparing for work or volunteer opportunities, including negotiating reasonable adjustments and completing Access to Work applications
- Job Club – a peer-support space where graduates can share experiences, encourage one another, and work on applications together.
