Groundworks Supervisor

Job Title: Groundworks Supervisor, Location: Insch and Lossiemouth, Start Date: 11th/18th May, Duration: Ongoing Work

Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join ongoing projects across Aberdeenshire. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising day-to-day groundworks activities across multiple sites
  • Overseeing drainage, foundations, and concrete works
  • Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Coordinating site teams to meet project deadlines
  • Maintaining health and safety compliance on site

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • SSSTS/SMSTS
  • Valid First Aid certification
  • Dumper and Roller tickets
  • Proven experience supervising groundworks teams
  • Strong background in drainage, foundations, and concrete works
  • Must be based locally to Aberdeenshire
