FULL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced B2B Paid Media Specialist to manage all paid advertising for our client’s brands. This is a senior, hands-on role where you will plan strategy and handle day-to-day setup to find new customers and grow sales. You will be responsible for every part of a campaign from initial build to final reporting. The role requires expert management of Google, LinkedIn, and Meta ads, with a focus on generating real sales leads rather than just clicks. You will regularly test ad creatives, set up tracking, and report results to the wider team.

  • Hybrid: 3 office – 2 home

The Role

  • Plan and run ad campaigns that take potential customers from their first look at the brand through to a final sale.
  • Expertly manage ads across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Focus on finding real customers and generating sales leads, rather than just getting clicks or website visits.
  • Regularly test different images, ad text, and web pages to see what works best and improve results.
  • Take responsibility for campaign results by using data to grow successful ads and change those that aren't working.
  • Set up and manage tracking to ensure all data and performance reports are accurate.
  • Explain campaign results and suggest next steps to the wider team in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to make sure ads support the company’s main goals.

Skills we are looking for

Essential

  • A track record of running successful paid ads to find and win new B2B customers.
  • Expert, hands-on experience using both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience building ad campaigns for every stage of a customer's journey.
  • A strong understanding of how to track results and improve ad performance.
  • The ability to look at data and use it to make smart decisions for the business.

Nice to have

  • Experience running ad campaigns in different countries or languages.
  • Familiarity with connecting ads to sales tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience using other platforms like Bing, TikTok, or Reddit.

To be considered for the upper end of the salary bracket, you will be a seasoned performance marketing expert with a demonstrated history of driving measurable revenue growth in high-velocity, commercial B2B environments.
