Job Description

An established multi-discipline clinic (14 years) is seeking an ambitious new graduate who wants more than a standard associate role. This is a succession opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a clinic lead and future owner. You will start as a self employed associate, working alongside massage therapists and an established referral network, with access to electronic notes, booking systems, and a rehabilitation exercise catalogue. The caseload is varied and rewarding, from stroke rehabilitation to sports injuries and postural complaints.

Over the next 12–14 months, there will be:

• Mentorship in both clinical care and business
• A gradual handover of patients and responsibility
• Clear scope to take over the majority of the clinic, subject to financial performance

This role is not for someone who needs to be fully booked from day one. Early growth will involve initiative, including patient recall, social media engagement, and helping modernise the clinic.
