Principal AI Consultant

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Principal AI Consultant to lead enterprise-scale AI consulting engagements, designing and delivering production-grade ML and GenAI solutions including RAG, agentic AI, and LLM-based systems. Fully remote within UK. Salary £100k-£120k plus bonus.

Who are we looking for?

On an average day working with us, you could be helping a customer implement a large language model, or deploying an end-to-end ML pipeline.

What skills do we want you to have?

  • PhD in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale AI consulting engagements
  • Demonstrated expertise designing production‑grade ML and GenAI solutions, including RAG and agentic AI.
  • Extensive experience with LLM‑based systems in enterprise environments
  • Advanced capability to design AI agent architectures (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
  • Strong authority in LLMOps and MLOps
  • Expert‑level knowledge of the Databricks ecosystem
  • Proficiency in production‑quality Python
  • Deep understanding of AI governance and compliance
  • Excellent consulting and communication skills
