UI/UX Designer
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is a fully remote, global role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Contribute to the creation, evolution, and maintenance of our design system, including components, variants, and patterns in Figma.
- Own UX/UI design tasks across our product ecosystem, from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and design, to translate briefs into thoughtful design solutions.
- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints, aligning product and marketing experiences.
- Create product-related digital assets to support marketing and communication initiatives when needed.
- Participate in design reviews, sprints, and feedback sessions, sharing ideas and iterating based on input.
- Communicate design decisions clearly and present work in a structured and articulate way.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas into the team.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design (in-house, agency, or freelance).
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work across digital products or interfaces, including professional, academic, or personal projects.
- A degree in a relevant field such as digital design, interaction design, graphic design, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in product design.
- Experience working with design systems, including their creation, scaling, and maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and justify design decisions.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluency in English.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:
- Screening Interview (up to 45 minutes) – Initial conversation with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Technical Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A deep dive into your design experience, portfolio, and approach, with key stakeholders from design, product, and marketing.
- Design Task – A take-home assignment to evaluate your thinking, process, and execution.
- Final Interview (up to 60 minutes) – Presentation of your design task, followed by a discussion with senior stakeholders.
- Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
