FULL DESCRIPTION

Website Content Associate

Salary: Up to £32,000

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid

What does the job involve?

  • Uploading editorial content including regular articles and videos to our website
  • Collaborating with the Website Content Executive to build new webpages – these could be product landing pages, special offer pages or educational content
  • Assisting with general website maintenance
  • Updating video and podcast content
  • Assisting with handling change requests for content on the website as required
  • Sourcing images for the website site, and resizing, editing, and compressing as necessary
  • Working with development teams to improve or develop new features for the website
  • Assist in managing the content of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] websites and apps including written investment articles, videos, podcasts, and product content using our content management system (Drupal)
  • Support with identifying potential website enhancements and any poorly functioning online product features and help to implement improvements
  • Ensuring new copy and imagery is uploaded to the site, and is correct and consistent with our brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Ensure content is compliant, correctly reviewed and has been through the internal compliance and business review processes
  • Work with the wider Digital Customer Experience team to develop new areas of the website and provide general assistance as required
  • Supporting the business to deliver good outcomes for retail customers by helping achieve any regulatory requirements, including consumer duty.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic knowledge of, and/or willingness to learn:
  • HTML
  • Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
  • MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Analytics packages like Google Analytics or Contentsquare
  • Experience using data to inform decisions
  • Good communication skills and comfortable working with various people and teams
  • Able to work independently and manage own time
