About the Role

Your job is to figure out what content we need to produce, and how to get it in front of as many eyeballs as we can. This role requires extensive SEO and technical marketing experience.

Who We Are

Our core area is podcasting. We publish free resources at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and direct users to our coaching and web app products. Our company supports three main areas: Podcraft Academy (paid courses and community), Alitu (SAAS web app for podcast creation), and Affiliate & Sponsorship from free content.

Who We Are Looking For

We need someone with at least 3 years of professional SEO experience (in-house, agency, or significant personal website growth). You should be able to manage your own work, keep up with trends, and lead our site growth. Bonus points for experience with digital products, podcasting, personal audience growth, paid advertising, WordPress optimisation, or conversion rate optimisation.

Core Skills

  • SEO: at least 3 years professional experience
  • Technical Marketing: analytics, A/B testing, funnel tracking, Google Tag Manager
  • Project management and attention to detail

Other Requirements

  • Good writing and online communication skills
  • Native or fluent English speaker
  • Dedicated working space (home office)
