Media Executive

How you’ll make an impact?

You’ll support the Account Manager and Account Director in delivering smart, data‑driven media campaigns across the entire offline spectrum.

  • Support planning & buying across offline channels: TV, print, radio, outdoor and more
  • Optimise media campaigns using data and insights
  • Complete planning/admin tasks (DDS, Ad Dynamix, Echo, RAPS)
  • Analyse client + media owner performance
  • Build strong relationships with media owners
  • Negotiate with TV sales houses to maximise campaign delivery
  • Identify and flag invoice queries
  • Monitor TV programming & complete monthly reconciliations
  • Provide clear, data-led updates to clients
  • Manage schedules, spot matching & spreadsheet tasks
  • Handle vouchering, COIs & delivery instructions
  • Spot matching and schedules
  • Checking insertions against media schedules and update
