Media Executive

How you’ll make an impact?
You’ll support the Account Manager and Account Director in delivering smart, data‑driven media campaigns across the entire offline spectrum.
- Support planning & buying across offline channels: TV, print, radio, outdoor and more
- Optimise media campaigns using data and insights
- Complete planning/admin tasks (DDS, Ad Dynamix, Echo, RAPS)
- Analyse client + media owner performance
- Build strong relationships with media owners
- Negotiate with TV sales houses to maximise campaign delivery
- Identify and flag invoice queries
- Monitor TV programming & complete monthly reconciliations
- Provide clear, data-led updates to clients
- Manage schedules, spot matching & spreadsheet tasks
- Handle vouchering, COIs & delivery instructions
- Spot matching and schedules
- Checking insertions against media schedules and update
