About the role

We are seeking a committed Christian with proven experience working directly with children and families in a school or community setting, who is confident in taking ownership of programmes and building trusted relationships across a diverse school community. • Working knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices
  • Excellent communication skills (both orally and in writing), highly organised, keen attention to detail and an ability to build collaborative relationships both within the organisation, and at the school, with children, teachers/staff and parents
  • Strong project management and administration skills, preferably in the charity sector including management of the budgets
  • A committed evangelical Christian, able to clearly articulate personal faith and demonstrate how it informs work with children and families
  • In full agreement with the mission, values, and vision of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and the Evangelical Alliance Statement of Faith
  • Comfortable leading or facilitating Bible studies and integrating faith into relational and support contexts

Reality Check

  • Eye care voucher
  • Season ticket loan
