Senior Account Manager
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join the Travel Sales team in Croydon. This hybrid role involves managing key travel insurance partnerships and driving growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Travel Insurance Segment Head, you will manage internal and external relationships, maximise strategic and commercial objectives, and ensure contractual obligations are met. The role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship building, and experience in travel insurance distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build key internal and external relationships to drive results through effective teamwork.
- Review processes and products to add value to the service proposition and partnership.
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding of travel insurance distribution models, including direct and aggregator channels.
- Deliver budgeted revenue via portfolio of existing partners and identify new growth opportunities.
- Create, track, and maintain opportunities, renewals, and contacts in Salesforce.
- Produce, review, and distribute accurate reports.
What We're Looking For
- Insurance background, coming from an Account Manager role.
- Proven track record in managing high-value clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Diplomatic with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with AI, machine learning, data, analytics, and cloud-based tools.
Additional Requirements
- Full, preferably clean, UK driving license.
- Valid passport for potential travel outside the UK.
- Must have insurance background and experience with insurance aggregation.
