About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a global leader in insurance and assistance services. The Pricing Department plays a critical role in designing, monitoring, and optimizing tariffs for travel insurance products. You will combine statistical analysis, data analytics, AI-enabled tools, and pricing expertise to deliver high technical excellence and sustainable profitability. You will collaborate closely with international pricing, underwriting, and product teams in a multicultural environment.

What You Do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance tariff monitoring processes and dashboards
  • Monitor pricing and tariff performance, including profitability, volumes, and sales
  • Prepare analytical and management reports using data from multiple sources
  • Perform data preparation, including cleaning, structuring, and processing datasets
  • Analyze historical insurance data to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers
  • Contribute to tariff remediation and pricing optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Underwriting, and Product teams across international offices

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience in insurance data analysis, pricing, or performance monitoring
  • Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL (or equivalent database technologies)
  • Experience using insurance performance monitoring tools
  • Proven expertise in data analytics and reporting tools, especially Power BI
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong overall MS Office proficiency
  • Experience in insurance pricing tools (e.g. Radar) is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with aggregator channels is a plus
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by AI, machine learning, data, analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with standards of data governance, security, and ethical use.
