This is a high-impact, central role sitting at the intersection of commercial performance and programme delivery, working closely with regional teams, school leadership, and central functions. You will design and scale a global growth programme focused on increasing extracurricular revenue and improving margins, while ensuring consistent execution across a diverse, international school network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and roll out revenue growth initiatives across schools.
  • Build playbooks, benchmarks, and best practices to drive performance.
  • Partner with schools to set and achieve revenue targets, including launching new and premium activities.
  • Manage external partners and supplier relationships globally.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting to school, regional, and central stakeholders.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Coordinate rollout plans and track progress across multiple regions.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges early.
  • Lead regular check-ins and steering sessions.
  • Manage feedback loops, change requests, and ongoing improvements.
  • Support change management and embed new ways of working post-implementation.

Ideal Profile

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in management consulting or a similarly structured environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and margin growth.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
  • Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders across geographies.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages beneficial.

This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership, tangible commercial impact, and the opportunity to operate across a truly global platform.
