Location: St. John's College, Brighton
Salary: £25,286.00 actual salary (FTE £27,976.00)
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent, Term-time only

Who are we? St. John's is a non-maintained specialist provision for autistic people with learning disabilities. We support learners with co-occurring conditions and have a multidisciplinary team.
What you will be doing
- Supporting young people in a classroom setting and during breaktimes
- Implementing the learner's behaviour support plan and risk assessment
- Working within a team of multidisciplinary professionals across the charity
- Tracking the progress of individuals and reporting to teachers, care managers, and parents at review meetings
What we are looking for
We value passion and desire to learn over experience. If you want to empower others, you have the foundations of an outstanding support worker. A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
