Role Profile

We are recruiting for a Senior Product Designer to join us ASAP for a duration of six months initially. This role is 2 days onsite per week in London Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discovery: Work closely with the product manager to lead the continuous discovery process, identifying customer pain points and opportunities. Collaborate with a researcher to ensure understanding of existing behaviours and test/iterate design concepts. Support the product manager in defining and driving the product roadmap. Design experiments and iterative tests to validate hypotheses before full-scale delivery.
  • Delivery: Create and annotate development-ready designs and prototypes in Figma. Support the delivery process of features designed. Join daily stand-ups, discuss constraints and edge-cases, review tickets from a design perspective.
  • Design Operations: Collaborate closely with other designers on the app team, contributing to Figma component library and ensuring consistency across the app. Feed suggestions and issues into the design system team, contributing to development of the design system.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Product Designer, ideally within a mobile app environment or a complex travel/fintech ecosystem.
  • End-to-end: Comfortable in early stages of discovery, facilitating workshops, contributing to user research, and delivering development-ready UI design.
  • Clear communicator: Ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders within a large, multi-brand organisation.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Thrives in a squad-based environment, working alongside other designers to ensure a coherent experience.
  • Bonus – Analytical Mindset: Experience in using data and experimentation (A/B testing) to inform product iterations.
