Internal Pump Sales Agent – Charlton / Manchester
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a dedicated Internal Pump Sales Agent to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlton/Manchester. The role involves telesales, sales coordination, and administration.

Your New Role
- Telesales: Generating leads and directly securing orders.
- Sales Coordination: Managing activities and schedules between internal and external sales teams.
- Quotation Management: Following up on and converting hire and sales quotations, as well as contacting “off-hirers”.
- Invoicing and Administration: Handling sales administration and invoicing specifically for Thames Water.
- General Responsibilities: Participating in meetings, training, and other duties required to support the business.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience in Hire industry and similar contact centre type role
- Good communication skills
- Experience in dealing with variety of customers over the phone
- Self- motivated team player
- Able to deliver a high level of customer service/satisfaction
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent administration skills
- Good MS Office knowledge, i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to work calmly under pressure
- Resolve problems efficiently.
