HVAC Internal Sales Agent – Charlton

Your New Role

  • Telesales: Proactively generating sales leads from existing and dormant accounts while using market intelligence to seek new opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Making targeted outbound calls to create qualified leads for the External Sales Team or directly winning orders over the phone.
  • Quotation Management: Raising and sending quotations to clients, followed by timely follow-ups to convert them into confirmed orders.
  • Customer Retention: Contacting “off-hirers” and following up on hire contracts from the previous day to secure forward work.
  • Invoicing: Processing sales administration and invoicing accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all service level agreements are met.
  • Financial Accuracy: Ensuring quotations account for all costs related to goods and services to meet profitability objectives.
  • Communication Records: Maintaining correct authorization processes with customers for all supplies, including additional items not in the original quote.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Telesales
  • Experience in Hire industry and similar contact centre type role
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with variety of customers over the phone
  • Self- motivated team player
  • Able to deliver a high level of customer service/satisfaction
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Good MS Office knowledge, i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to work calmly under pressure
  • Resolve problems efficiently.
