Your New Role

• Telesales: Proactively generating sales leads from existing and dormant accounts.
• Lead Generation: Making targeted outbound calls to create qualified leads.
• Quotation Management: Raising and sending quotations to clients.
• Customer Retention: Contacting off-hirers and following up on hire contracts.
• Invoicing: Processing sales administration and invoicing accurately.
• Financial Accuracy: Ensuring quotations account for all costs.
• Communication Records: Maintaining correct authorization processes.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Telesales
• Experience in Hire industry and similar contact centre role
• Good communication skills
• Experience in dealing with variety of customers over the phone
• Self-motivated team player
• Able to deliver a high level of customer service
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent administration skills
• Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Able to work calmly under pressure
• Resolve problems efficiently
