Product Engineer
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Product Engineer to build core systems for AI-powered insurance claims processing. This is a full-time, on-site role in London. Compensation £80K – £150K.
About Us
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] helps insurers outsource claims end to end – a service called Third-Party Administration (TPA), a ~$200B industry. We combine a strong in-house claims team with our AI-enabled platform to deliver up to 3× faster claims, better service, and better economics for insurers.
Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, we’ve raised $15M+ and already manage claims for over $100M in insurance premium across 30+ MGAs, including more than five publicly traded companies. Our goal: scale to $1B and become the most valuable TPA in the market.
The Role
You will build the core systems behind fast, reliable AI-powered insurance claims processing. You’ll work closely with internal and external users to understand how claim handling can be improved, and ship software that turns those insights into real product.
- Build and own reliable full-stack software that powers end-to-end insurance claim processing
- Work directly with claim handlers, clients, and the founding team to identify and solve real workflow problems
- Help build the engineering team and shape the technical culture from the ground up
- Work closely with founders and learn how to scale a startup from 0 to 1
Stack: NextJS, Node.js, GCP, Postgres, Terraform
We love working together in the office, so this is a full-time, office-based role in our London office. We’re a high-intensity team and often put in significant time and effort, with some people working on weekends, because we believe great outcomes come from doing the work well.
