Your Role: Data Analyst

In this role, you will be pulling data from across the product, observability stack, and GTM systems to define and track key KPIs, ensuring the data is accurate, consistent, and meaningful across teams. You’ll partner closely with product, SRE, and engineering to analyze user behavior, debug issues, and align metrics, while building dashboards and delivering insights. You will also ensure data collection meets privacy and compliance standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Data analysis for finance and GTM teams, including strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Data analysis for product improvement and roadmap.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for company-wide consumption and leadership team.
  • Own data quality across product and observability stack.
  • Own definitions of KPIs for product development and quality.
  • Collaborate with SRE team on observability and product reliability.
  • Work with Product Management on product metrics and user-behavioral analytics.
  • Support development teams in observability pipelines and data semantics.
  • Ensure data-gathering meets privacy, security, and compliance needs.
  • Comply with regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

Who You Are

Essential:

  • SQL data analysis.
  • Experience with BI solutions such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with observability solutions such as Datadog or NewRelic.
  • Understanding of GDPR and similar regulations worldwide.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience with Grafana.
  • Data science tools in Python, R, or Julia.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines.
