About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and experienced Field Care Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality care in the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, supporting care staff, and ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client assessments, reviews, and reassessments in line with care plans
  • Supervise, support, and mentor care workers in the field
  • Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and observations of care staff
  • Ensure care delivery meets regulatory, company, and quality standards
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, families, and care staff
  • Support onboarding, training, and competency assessments of new carers
  • Accurately document visits, reports, and follow-up actions
  • Respond to concerns, incidents, or changes in client needs promptly
  • Take part in on call duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within health or social care
  • Strong knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • A caring, professional, and supportive approach to leadership
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Ideally relevant care qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above) [or equivalent] or working towards
