Location: London NW1, UK
Schedule: Full time
Job Type: Permanent
Industry: Engineering

About the Role

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we’re redefining how care is delivered — combining compassion with cutting-edge technology to improve the lives of carers, customers, and families. Our Product Managers are at the heart of this mission: shaping and scaling products that enhance the quality, speed, and impact of care.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll join a growing, empowered, and outcome-driven product organization. You’ll work hand-in-hand with engineers, designers, data scientists, operations, and carers — transforming insights into products that truly make a difference.

With new leadership and an ambitious product vision, we’re entering a phase of innovation powered by AI and automation. You’ll play a critical role in harnessing these tools — from accelerating discovery and validation to personalising user experiences and improving care outcomes.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of our flagship care management product, empowering care professionals with products that deliver exceptional outcomes for those in our care.

For this role we’re looking for someone well versed in managing complex compliance programmes and achieving business value under tight timelines. Key initial focus for this role will be driving key compliance initiatives e.g. Digitising Social Care Programme, successfully delivering business value, and adhering to strict deadlines.

So, if you’ve already built and launched complex regulated products, and you’re passionate about using technology to make meaningful change, this is your chance to lead that charge.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Shape the vision: Internalise [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s mission and craft a clear strategy for your product area. Inspire your cross-functional team with a shared purpose and measurable outcomes.
  • Leverage AI: Use modern AI-driven tools to speed up discovery, validation, and iteration cycles — uncovering insights faster, testing hypotheses smarter, and scaling proven ideas efficiently.
  • Own the roadmap: Set medium- and long-term product strategies by deeply understanding our business, customers, and carers, while tracking emerging industry trends — particularly around AI in health and operations.
  • Drive collaboration and execution: Lead a multidisciplinary team across engineering, design, data, and operations. Foster creativity, accountability, and delivery at pace.
  • Measure what matters: Define success metrics, build clear KPIs, and implement data-driven decision frameworks to track and communicate impact.
  • Champion users: Advocate for carers and customers in every product decision. Use data, qualitative research, and rapid experimentation to continuously improve their experience.
  • Scale intelligently: Partner with data science and engineering to expand our platform’s reach and performance through automation, personalization, and predictive intelligence.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of product management experience in high-growth or startup environments, ideally across multiple product streams.
  • Strong ownership mindset - If you see a problem, you’ll flag it and work towards a solution
  • Experience working on complex compliance programmes e.g. DSCR
  • Proven track record building and scaling AI-powered or data-driven products - with a preference in health care.
  • Experience across the full product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery — and a passion for speeding up innovation through new tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills: you use data to drive decisions and inspire teams.
  • Skilled in balancing vision, prioritization, and execution, influencing others (including other PMs) to deliver impact.
  • Deep operational understanding of complex systems and how product choices ripple through them.
  • A natural collaborator and communicator — able to translate complex concepts into clarity for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Sharp product taste and design sensibility — you care deeply about the craft and impact of what you build.

What We Offer

  • Flexible working hours and hybrid working arrangements
  • 25 days holiday + your birthday off as well as bank holidays
  • Mobile phone, laptop and remote IT package setup for WFH days
  • Company pension scheme
  • Training and development for your role and future career development
  • Competitive salary, discretionary bonus and long term employee schemes
  • Lifeworks discount platform and Employee Assistance Programme
  • Refer a Friend scheme
  • Service and Recognition awards
