[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group operates three Aqua Parks in the UK, where customers can climb, slide and splash their way round in a safe environment. We are looking for a Content Creator, with a passion for action and the outdoors, to work in a national role, supporting all of our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] locations.

What you will be doing:

• Plan, shoot and edit videos, featuring our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], for a variety of platforms, including TikTok.
• Develop content that accurately reflects our brand and values, while leveraging trending sounds, challenges and hashtags.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, to deliver against planned overall campaigns and content calendars.
• Produce engaging demos and lifestyle content that appeals to our customers.
• Optimising video content for maximum visibility and audience interaction.
• Editing and storing images to be deployed on our social media platforms.
• Photographing events, e.g. big sports teams or influencers attending the park.
• Creating Graphic Design pieces for both print and digital output.

Training and Development:

You will receive an onsite induction and one to one training with the Directors.

We would like to hear from you if:

• You have proven experience of creating content across a number of platforms, including TikTok.
• You have a solid understanding of algorithms, trends, and best practices for customer engagement.
• You’re skilled in shooting and editing content, using TikTok’s tools, and external editing apps.
• You are a self drive and creative thinker, with strong time management skills.
• You continually develop your professional skills and thinking.
• You have strong experience managing business social media accounts.

Other Information:

• The role requires you to have the right to work in the UK.
• The role can be hybrid, with the majority of time spent on site at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This can be discussed on an individual basis.
