7.5T Delivery Driver – Wigan

Job Introduction

As part of our Transport team, you’ll deliver and sometimes install items such as fridges, TVs, and furniture. It’s a hands-on role that requires care and a determined attitude. Key Tasks

• Take full accountability for your vehicle while representing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and our brand to the highest standards
• Deliver customer products with your colleague, ensuring all items and packaging are undamaged
• Deliver orders directly to the customer’s room of choice
• Assemble and/or install customer products (full training provided for installation services)
• Keep customers informed throughout the delivery process, working as a team to ensure clear communication
• Address and resolve any customer questions or concerns that may arise during delivery

Required Qualifications & Experience

• First-class communication and customer service skills
• A valid licence to drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle
• Completed Driver CPC training
• Possession of a digital tachograph card
• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
• Willingness to undergo a mandatory DBS criminal record check
