Meadowview Care Home is located in the leafy residential area of Penketh in Warrington. As the name suggests, it overlooks a meadow, which is currently home to horses. Our home focuses on delivering exceptional standards of personalised care and ensuring residents and their families feel supported and respected.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to really get to know our residents and provide them with a variety of stimulating activities that not only promote physical but also mental and social wellbeing. You'll need to be warm, empathetic and personable to join us as a Wellbeing Coordinator Lead.

You will be responsible for:

  • Activity Planning and Execution: Create a comprehensive Calendar of Events, including both group and one-to-one activities. Arrange entertainment and ensure activities remain within the monthly budget. Organise seasonal events and outings that bring joy and variety to the residents' lives.
  • Resident Engagement: Regularly liaise with the Home Manager to tailor activities based on individual residents' abilities and preferences. Build meaningful relationships with residents to better understand their interests and needs.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain proper documentation for activities and budgets. Communicate effectively with families, residents, and the care team.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ensure residents have continuous access to enriching activities.
