FULL DESCRIPTION

Project Leader

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting an IT Project Leader to join the Digital and Technology Infrastructure Delivery team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Leeds with hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office). Closing date: 18 May 2026.

About the Role

  • Managing project plans (timescales, budgets/finances, resources, governance)
  • Working with project and programme managers, third parties and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
  • Responsibility for project artefacts (risks, issues, dependencies, RACI, decisions log)
  • Formal status reporting and regular updates to Sponsor and stakeholders
  • Identify, communicate and resolve risks and blockers with escalation to Project Manager or Senior Programme Manager
  • Deliver high-quality products and services in a fully serviceable state
  • Liaise with other project teams across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and external partners

About You

  • At least 12 months’ experience of working on IT Projects, preferably Technology Infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Waterfall & Agile methodologies
  • Proactive, resilient under pressure, able to use initiative

Hybrid Working
