We are looking for a Relief Receptionist to join our residential home Bridge Haven located in Canterbury, Kent.

Key Requirements

• Numerate and IT literate with good communication and keyboard skills
• Capable of using your own initiative and working as part of a team
• Flexible approach to your work

Main Duties

• Welcoming visitors, showing them around the home’s services and facilities
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail, receiving and monitoring incoming telephone calls
• Providing hospitality and support for the home
• Dealing with customer enquiries and undertaking other general administrative support
