Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office and administrative duties.
  • Process orders, delivery notes, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Handle phone and email enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred (experience in logistics or produce an advantage).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Competent with basic IT systems, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively while working independently.

Schedule:

  • 5 days per week, starting off as Monday to Friday and moving to Sunday to Thursday once training is complete
  • 8:30am – 5pm (Includes 30 mins lunch break, timing is flexible)
