FULL DESCRIPTION

This hybrid, full-time role is ideal for someone starting a career in sales, with responsibilities including lead generation, prospect nurturing, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
What will you do?
- Support Business Development Directors to execute go-to-market strategies.
- Build and execute engaging ‘cold’ lead generation campaigns with BDDs – creating targeted lists, refining messaging, delivering qualified leads.
- Nurture existing prospects within the pipeline, ensuring they remain warm, engaged, and progress to a qualified lead.
- Work with our marketing team to increase the success of our digital marketing campaigns (inbound).
- Support the BDD team with sales related activities such as events, conferences & any other such activity.
Who are you?
- You have a bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification with killer work experience
- You are naturally solution oriented and driven to succeed
- You are inquisitive and not afraid to challenge established truths
- You have a good understanding of business and are comfortable working independently as well as within a team
- Previous work experience with customer service, sales or similar is great, but not a requirement. As long as you bring the motivation, agility and willingness to learn, we can help you develop the skills.
