Job Overview
You'll provide expertise and advice across procurement activities, build stakeholder relationships, and drive demand planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a repeatable demand planning process.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs.
- Create stakeholder engagement plans.
- Facilitate insights from Category Teams on market trends.
- Track and report procurement KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven challenge.
- Act as main contact for devolved procurement.
Work Arrangements
Hybrid working: at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days (60%) in future. Flexible working available.

- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

- Proven experience in planning and delivering initiatives.
- Able to manage multiple projects.
