Job Overview
We have a new opportunity for a Change Analyst to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll execute an effective and efficient change management process covering all changes to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyse change requests
- Track change statuses and provide timely reporting
- Actively participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to ensure the integrity and quality of change requests
- Maintain excellent communication with the Change Management team and other IT areas on all planned changes
- Maintain oversight of the production environments to ensure their integrity
- Continuously improve the change process to cater for business expansion and to provide better visibility and tracking
Work Arrangements
At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements.
Your Skills & Experience
- ITIL Foundation Certificate required
- Solid base knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required and ideally SharePoint experience
- General knowledge of IT
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Confidence to run change advisory board (CAB) meetings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of how a change process works
- Good analytical, administrative and organisational skills
